Products are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. All artworks are packed carefully for the journey.

• Medium & large prints: Packed in cardboard tubes
• Smaller prints: Packed in cardboard envelope

All orders are shipped from Denmark with track and trace. Shipping times vary from country to country, please reach out if you are in a hurry.

An artwork can be returned within 14 days after receiving the package.
This does not apply to custom made artwork, please see section below.

The buyer is responsible for:

• Return postage to address in Denmark
• Shipping the artwork in the same (or similar) packaging as it was received
• That the product is returned and received in the same state as it arrived in

If an artwork is damaged at arrival, the process is not a return. The artwork will be refunded or replaced with no added cost.

In the case of custom made work, e.g. a special color edition was made on inquiry, the artwork is non-refundable.

If custom made artwork is damaged under shipping, refund or replacement process is the same as standard products.

It is not possible to complain about the exact color of a custom made work. The color will be as close to what was agreed upon, please mind the craft of hand blending inks.

Buyers outside of the European Union is responsible for paying VAT and customs duty, if these apply in the receiving country.

The package will have the needed documentation attached to go through these processes.

Artworks are sold without a frame. The paper is however cut at the exact size stated, fitting perfectly in standard frames.
