50 x 70 │ Spring is a large scale linoleum block artwork in two rich colors. The design was inspired by springtime and the early flower blossom that can seem to happen in the blink of an eye - in this artwork represented by five large crocus flowers, some of the earliest flowers in Denmark.
Printed on white 250gsm Fabriano Unica paper, made in Italy with 50% cotton. Acid free paper, ensuring long lived and vibrant colors.
Each artwork is hand signed and has small variations, as it is entirely hand printed. Ink is mixed by hand and applied with rollers to the block, before it is is printed on a traditional etching press. See "About" section for an in depth introduction to the craft.
Fits perfectly in a 50X70. Is safely shipped in a thick cardboard tube.
